An Encodian action is a task or operation you can add to your Microsoft Power Automate flow using one of our connectors.

For example, the Convert – HTML to PDF action in our Encodian – Convert connector converts your HTML file to a PDF, costing 1 credit each time it is used.

When you use Encodian Flowr, every action you run uses credits from your subscription. Each type of action consumes credits at a different rate:

• Standard actions: 1 credit per run
• Utility actions: 0.05 credits per run (on paid plans, or 1 on free plan)
• AI actions: credit cost varies
• Custom Credit Count actions: credit cost defined individually

Encodian Flowr uses a usage-based pricing model, which means you spend credits each time an action runs in your flow. Different actions use different amounts of credits.

To make this easier to understand, we group actions into four categories:

• Standard actions: 1 credit per run
• Utility actions: 0.05 credits per run (on paid plans, or 1 on free plan)
• AI actions: credit cost varies
• Custom Credit Count actions: credit cost defined individually

Here’s how it differs from paid plans:

• Utility actions (Encodian – Utilities connector) use 1 credit per run instead of 0.05
• AI actions are not available
• Additional credit purchases are not available
• You cannot choose your data centre

To get started, simply complete the trial sign-up form. After your 30-day trial ends, your account will automatically move to the Free plan unless you’ve upgraded.

Your monthly credits reset on the first day of each month, regardless of when your trial or subscription started.

For example, if you start a trial on the 15th, your first credit renewal will still occur on the 1st of the following month.

These credits are charged at your subscription’s per-credit rate, plus 20%, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Yes! You can cancel or downgrade your Encodian subscription at any time.

Your cancellation will take effect before your next billing date (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

• Monthly subscriptions: payment by credit card only

• Annual subscriptions: payment available via invoice and bank transfer

If you’re in the UK:
Your invoice will list two accepted payment methods: card payment or bank transfer. Our bank details will be included on the invoice.

If you’re outside the UK:
Your invoice will also list card payment and bank transfer as options.
If you’re paying by international (wire) transfer, you’ll need our account name, IBAN, and BIC. US customers may also require a W-8 form.
