The first screen you’ll see after logging in is your Subscription Overview. This gives a real-time snapshot of your active services: Flowr, Vertr, Trigr, and Indxr—including:

Note: This corrects a previous error—only one Billing Contact is supported, but multiple Technical Contacts can be added.

To improve security and ensure compliance, you must now accept the EULA or Terms and Conditions before accessing your API keys, you can do this via the various API Key Management options under the Encodian product you use (e.g., Flowr).

Roles Explained
Owner: You can designate one person in your company as the Owner, who has full control over subscriptions.
Billing: You can assign multiple people to be your Billing contact. Your Billing contact will be able to support you with the administration of your subscription and has full control over the billing section (more on this later!).
Technical: The Technical contact can only change technical aspects of your subscription but doesn’t have access to edit financial features.
Benefit: Organizing your team with assigned roles will improve communication with Encodian support and make billing management more efficient.
