This release puts AI front and centre with the introduction of our new AI – Run Prompt (Text) action, making it easier than ever to automate AI text prompts in Microsoft Power Automate. Designed for text-based automation, it allows you to pass in prompts, apply context, and capture AI responses directly inside your flows and Power Apps.
With support for conversation history, you can build flows that “remember” prior interactions, enabling scenarios like automated follow-ups, contextual responses, and smarter text processing.
This action focuses on text-based prompts, but don’t worry, we’re already working on the next version, which will expand these AI capabilities to handle files too. Stay tuned, it’s going to be a big one!
Alongside this AI addition, we’ve delivered enhancements across PDF, Excel, and Archive actions, helping you cut costs, save time, and gain more precision in document automation.
