Our standard warranty ensures that a comprehensive process safeguards all work and customisations undertaken by Encodian. Within a generous 30-day period, any discrepancies or defects discovered within the work are promptly addressed. We streamline this process using the exact mechanism employed during project implementation, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Our warranty can be extended beyond the default period through our Application Support Managed Service for added peace of mind. With Encodian, rest assured that your investment is protected and supported every step of the way.

Support Credits

Our support services at Encodian are designed for your convenience and flexibility, ensuring you receive the assistance you need precisely when you need it. With our pre-purchase support units, known as Support Credits, each representing 30 minutes of support work (with 20 minutes available outside regular working hours), you have complete control over your support budget.

As support incidents arise, your prepaid balance is utilised, ensuring seamless assistance without unexpected charges. Should you require additional support beyond your initial allocation, rest assured that purchasing more units is straightforward. We keep you informed every step of the way, advising you when your remaining budget falls below 30 units. Plus, with the option to purchase top-up Support Credits in blocks of at least 16 (equivalent to 1 day), you’re never caught off guard. Your purchased units create a budget for the agreement period, with any unused units expiring at the end, ensuring maximum value for your investment. With Encodian, you have the peace of mind knowing that your support needs are not just met but effortlessly managed, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your success.
